Brad has over 20 years of experience in wetland science, arboriculture, natural resource management, land use permitting, and restoration. Brad is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist and Massachusetts Certified Arborist. His field experience has focused on inland and coastal wetland resource area delineations as well as wetland and buffer restoration/replication services. Arboricultural consulting is also a part of Brad’s focus.
Brad created ECR in 2006 and has successfully continued as the manager while adding most valuable colleges to the team. Since establishing ECR in 2006, we have gained a wide range of partnerships with other engineering and survey companies in order to produce successful projects for our clients.
Environmental Consulting & Restoration Team
Stan has over 40 years of experience in coastal geomorphology, flood hazard mitigation, wetlands and waterways policy and regulations, environmental impact reporting, permit strategy and acquisition, and expert testimony. His field experience has focused on resource delineations and functional assessments of the nearshore marine environment; coastal beaches, banks and dunes; barrier beaches; and, the 100-year coastal floodplain in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Jersey and South Carolina and California. Project designs and reviews range from shore protection measures, dredging and dredged material disposal, piers and docks, beach and dune nourishment, to commercial and residential waterfront developments.
Consultation typically includes due-diligence for real estate prospects; project design and wetland regulatory implications; waterways permit and license applications; and public presentations to environmental boards, commissions, and agencies. Stan has served on the Scituate Conservation Commission, MA Board of Conservation Commissioners, several state task forces, advisory committees, and working groups concerning coastal erosion and flood hazards, and as a FEMA Disaster Assistance Employee on the Hazard Mitigation team, as well as being qualified as an expert witness in Massachusetts Land Court, several District and Superior Courts, Energy Facilities Siting Board and Massachusetts DEP Adjudicatory Hearings.
Cameron is an experienced wetland scientist that has been with ECR since 2015. He is knowledgeable in both inland and coastal wetland resource areas specializing in wetland delineation and consulting through permitting process to ensure compliance with town and state regulations. Additionally, he is skilled in restoration & replication designs within wetland resource areas and buffer zones. Cam leads as project manager on many utility works relating to environmental monitoring such as wetland crossing and rare species monitoring. Cam enjoys his work with ECR and spending time in the field.
Tricia Turchinetz provides administrative support to the project managers of Environmental Consulting and Restoration, LLC. Tricia brings experience from working in financial institutions of the community with an extensive background in business and compliance operations before joining the team in 2018.
When not adventuring out on family road trips, you can find Tricia on the sidelines enjoying her son’s lacrosse and football games or daughter’s soccer games.
